What's in the Works for Joining Avon!

New Avon is doing a lot of stuff for USA representatives right now, and some stuff for customers. You can learn more about some of those things in this post. But they decided they just couldn't leave out those who are thinking about becoming a new Avon Representative. Now, NONE of this information is official. They are letting bits and pieces out, but until Avon puts something in writing, this is all speculation and hear say.

So...What's Going On?

Avon is trying to introduce itself to the computer generation. A lot of people don't realize how much you can do with Avon online, and they want you to experience it as a customer, and as a new representative.

Starting in the next few months, Avon will be introducing Digital Sign-Ups. Instead of waiting on your kit and brochures to arrive to go full fledged into selling products, you will receive a 25% coupon code for your first order from YOUR online store! You will also earn commission on your order, which will be somewhere from 20% to 40% (depending on how much you sell in your first campaign). 

Let's say Sam signs up to join Avon, and receives their 25% coupon code. Sam finds $100 of Avon they just have to have immediately, and uses their code to save! This means they are going to pay $75 for their order. In addition to saving, they are going to earn commission from the $75 (20% which is $15). This is like paying $60 for $100 worth of products (40% off)!

How Does This Actually Helps Me?

What does this mean for you the new representative? You will bet to start selling from your online store immediately after you set it up. You will also be making a purchase from it, so you will be able to be more comfortable walking your customers through placing an online order! 

Also, supposedly for the rest of the year, you will get to participate in the High 5 Online incentive! For every 5 new, unique customers (customers whose email and shipping addresses are not registered with Avon) that buy $50 or more online, you get a $25 bonus.

As soon as you sign up,  you will be given a goal of selling $15,000 worth of Avon before December 10th, 2019. Reach this goal (with selling 25% or 50% online), and you will earn a trip to Montego Bay, Jamaica in May of 2020!

Also, until August 6th, you will get Double Award Dollars! This will make it a whole lot easier to hit President's Club, and guaranteed commission amount (40%). Double Award Dollars do not count towards other incentives though. 

Decisions to Make

Becoming an Avon Representative, a business owner, is a huge decision. Whether you decide that this is going to be a full fledged business, a hobby, or just a discount for you, it's never something to take lightly, because you never know when it could turn into something more!
