In my last post, I mentioned that Repfest was this past weekend. It is a celebration of the achievements for the last year, a learning tool to help better your Avon business, and a great way to meet up with old friends and make new ones in the Avon world. My favorite things last year were meeting new friends, meeting old friends in person for the first time, getting free stuff (who doesn't like free stuff?), and the Product Expo.

Even though I didn't get to go, one of the great things about Avon Representatives is we love to share, not only with our customers, but with our team mates and fellow Avon Reps. While sharing what we learn is important, sharing what is to come is just as important.

| Avon is collaborating with Chi Essentials |
One thing I didn't learn until this past weekend (that was announced earlier this year) is that New Avon (Avon in the US) is being acquired by LG Household & Health Care (LG H&H). With this is new collaborations that are helping us bring more and better products to our customers. We are collaborating with Chi Essentials and the Face Shop (just to name a couple). In Campaign 24 (late October through early November), it is projected that we will be launching about 15 new beauty products alone! Some of the products include Cushion Foundation (gives the most gorgeous, natural-looking matte finish; available in about 18 shades), advanced skincare, and new waterproof mascara.\

Another part of the Product Expo brought us a preview of the Christmas products coming out this year. There were some old favorites like matching lip balm and hand lotions, the Sparkling Tree (from 2018), and a similar makeup palette to the one that had over 80 eye shadows, lip glosses, and blush from 2018. But there was also a lot of new stuff too: other limited edition makeup palettes, gift sets, stocking stuffers, kids wear and toys, and so much more. It has been so exciting just to see all the pictures of what is to come!
